I love to work out with you, but after 4 kids, my bladder refuses to co operate.

When I was a kid I thought that diapers for the older folks were the funniest thing I'd ever heard of.

Not so funny anymore.

And I have the same bladder control problem too:) Let me know if you decide to try the "diapers for old folks" out. :D
